Shipping and preparation of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt ofpayment. They are shipped via TNT or Colissimo according to the choice made when ordering.
All our parcels are shipped with a tracking number and delivered against a signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, a tracking link will be sent to you so that you can follow the progress of your package.
All personalized products are sent within 3 weeks, there is a manufacturing delay between 2 and 3 weeks.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage
Shipping is offered for orders over 100€.
