Personal data protection charter

Article 1 - Definitions of terms used in the charter

We will designate hereafter:

  • "Personal data" : is defined as " any information relating to a natural person who is identified or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to him or her ", in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
  • "Website" or "Service": the website and all its pages.
  • "Publisher": MRP Group, the legal or physical person responsible for the publication and content of the Website.
  • "User": the Internet user visiting and using the Services of the Website.

Article 2 - Introduction and role of the charter

The present charter aims to inform you of the commitments of the Site with regard to the respect of your private life and the protection of your personal Data, collected and processed during your use of the service.

Article 6 - Data security

Article 7 - Duration of Data storage

The Data are stored at the site's host, whose contact details are given in the Site's legal notice, and are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Beyond this period, they will be kept for statistical purposes only and will not be used in any way whatsoever.
